CANNED FISH 
Fish
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. catsup

Cut up fish and pack into pint jars. To each jar, add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon catsup. Wipe dry the rims of jars and seal. Process in pressure cooker for 90 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
