CANNED FISH 
Use pints.

15 lbs. fish (any kind)
1 tsp. salt per pint
1 tsp. vinegar per pint

Pack fish in jars, add salt, vinegar and water to 1 or 1 1/2 inches from top of jar. Cook in pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure for one hour and forty minutes. Makes 10 pints. Very good just like salmon.
