ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil (or any cooking oil)

Mix ground beef, garlic, and seasonings, add egg together. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls roll in bread crumbs and cheese. Cook in oil until golden brown about 10 minutes. Serve with your special sauce and spaghetti.
