ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 slices bread, soaked in water and wrung dry
3 eggs
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Flour

Combine all ingredients. Form into balls about the size of walnuts. Roll in flour and shake off excess. Brown or broil. Add to desired sauce.
