OVEN BREADED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 stick melted butter

Dip the pork chops in butter and then coat with the corn flake crumbs. Put a cake cooking rack on a cookie sheet and place the breaded pork chops on the rack. Cover with foil. Bake 400 degrees for one hour. Uncover and bake extra 10 minutes. Delicious, crisp, breaded pork chops without frying!
