BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
Cream:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream

Add to cream mixture:

2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Fold in:

1 - 1 1/2 c. blueberries

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
