BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 c. blueberries
1/3 c. brown sugar

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Blend in vanilla and sour cream, then add flour mixture.

Fold in blueberries by hand. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
