1 c. sour cream
3 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
Dash of salt
Dash of garlic salt
5 slices bacon
Dash of pepper
1 bunch of green onions
Enough fresh spinach and several kinds of lettuce to serve 6

Combine sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt, garlic salt and pepper for dressing. Cut bacon in small pieces and brown until crisp. Slice onion and mix with bacon, spinach and lettuce. Add dressing and mix well. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Serves 6.
