SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag spinach, washed
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
8 strips crispy fried bacon, crumbled
4 hard boiled eggs

SWEET-SOUR DRESSING:

1 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, grated

Combine all ingredients. Shake or blend in blender. Add dressing just before serving salad. Wonderful accent to a summer picnic or any meal.
