SALAD:

1/2 head lettuce
1/2 lb. leaf spinach
1 sm. onion
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
Fresh alfalfa sprouts
1 c. sliced mushrooms, fresh

DRESSING;
1/2 c. Miracle Whip (NOT mayonnaise)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Mix and chill. Serves 8.
