GERMAN PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 tbsp. butter
Peaches (1 can) optional

Melt butter in 9 x 13 glass pan. Mix flour, milk, salt and eggs. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour into pan. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Serve with maple syrup and peaches. Serves 6 people. NOTE: While baking it will rise somewhat like a souffle.
