GERMAN POTATO PANCAKES 
4 lbs. potatoes
2 lg. onions
2 eggs
Salt
1 tbsp. flour

Grate potatoes, strain and return to bowl. Grate onions. Add eggs and salt to taste. Add flour. Melt butter in skillet and add tablespoon of butter for each pancake. Brown on both sides.
