CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1 egg, well beaten
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. halved cranberries
1 c. nuts

Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except cranberries and nuts. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir just until thoroughly moistened. Add cranberries and nuts. Put in well greased 9x5x3 pan or 2 smaller pans. Bake 50-60 minutes, 350 degrees.
