SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast, boneless
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. light Karo syrup
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 - 1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 green pepper, cut
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Brown chicken breast (boned and skinned and halved) in oil. Combine Karo syrup, mustard, chili sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic powder and cut up green pepper and simmer until pepper is slightly tender. Pour over chicken in casserole and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
