SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
12 chicken wings
1/3 c. cider vinegar
5 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. apricot jam
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Place wings in ovenproof dish - set aside. Combine vinegar, sugar, jam, chili sauce and soy sauce in pan. Gradually add cornstarch mixture until thickened.

Dot chicken wings with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour sauce over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If desired, crisp under broiler for 2-3 minutes before serving.
