PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Combine ingredients and bring to a rapid boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 16 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Add: 2 c. peanut butter, creamy Jif or Peter Pan 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until mixture is well blended. Pour on greased cookie sheet.

Note: If chocolate fudge is preferred, use 2 (6 ounce) packages chocolate bits (semi-sweet). Black walnuts or English walnuts may be added.
