PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. dark brown sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
4 heaping tbsp. chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sugar and milk together. Bring to a boil and boil slowly until a drop forms a soft ball. Remove from heat. Add butter, but do not stir. When lukewarm, add peanut butter, vanilla and nuts. Stir until it thickens. Spread in buttered 8 x 8 inch pan and refrigerate. When hard, cut into squares.
