BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. unprocessed bran
1 c. boiling water
1 c. corn oil
2 c. molasses
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. whole wheat flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 lb. raisins

Pour water over 2 cups bran. Combine the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
