BLUEBERRY CRUNCH 
FILLING:

1 pt. blueberries, rinsed & drained
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice

CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter

Combine blueberries, flour, sugar and salt. Place in greased 8" square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter, salt and vanilla. Spread over blueberries. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

Good served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serves 8.
