MINI CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. or 12 oz. mini chocolate chips

Soften butter. Add sugar and mix well. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Then beat for 2 minutes. Add milk and dry ingredients alternately. Mix chips in by hand. Bake in a Bundt pan 60 minutes at 350°F. Cool completely before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
