MINI CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 premade chocolate cookie 8 or 9-inch pie crust (or your own made with Oreos)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Glaze:

1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
1/4 c. heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat together cream cheese, condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Try not to beat too much air into batter. Coat chips with flour to help keep them from sinking to bottom. Fold into batter. Pour into pie shell and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Cool cheesecake.

Make Glaze: In microwave, cook chocolate chips and heavy cream for 1 minute. Stir until thick. Pour over cheesecake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
