CHEESE CAKE 
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can Carnation milk, whipped

Have milk chilled in refrigerator overnight. Mix together the cream cheese, lemon Jello and hot water. Set in refrigerator until slightly set. Then beat the sugar, vanilla and whipped Carnation milk.

Crush 30 graham crackers, 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Line 9x13 inch pan. Save out 3/4 cup for top. Pour Jello mixture over cracker crumbs. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Chill overnight. Can be served with fruit as cherries, strawberries, etc. Top with Cool Whip.
