CARAMEL NUT CRUNCH PIE 
2 c. crushed Oreo cookies (about 21 cookies)
1/2 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
8-12 (2 oz.) SNICKERS® bars
3 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 to 1 1/4 c. prepared caramel sauce
1 to 1 1/4 c. prepared fudge sauce

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix crushed cookies, peanuts and melted butter in 9-inch pie plate, using fork; press firmly and evenly over bottom and up sides of plate. Bake 10 minutes; cool completely before filling.

Meanwhile, chop 8 candy bars into small pieces; fold into softened ice cream in large bowl. Spoon ice cream into cooled crust, smoothing top with rubber spatula; if desired, drizzle about 1/4 cup of each sauce from tip of teaspoon in thin random lines over top of pie. Freeze at least 4 hours.

Serve pie decorated with additional candy bars, cut into chunks, and accompanied by caramel and fudge sauces, warmed. Makes 12 servings.
