CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. cabbage, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. grated cheese

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. fluffy bread crumbs or croutons

Cook cabbage in butter for 10 minutes. Combine flour, salt and milk; stir until thick; add mustard. Alternate cheese, cabbage and white sauce in a well greased casserole. Melt butter and toss with crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 6.
