JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can whole kernel corn with juice 1 can cream style corn 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter 1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix Mix together, adding muffin mix last. Bake in large casserole or 9x13-inch pan at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
