APPLE CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
2 c. cranberries
3 c. sliced peeled cored apples
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/3 c. butter, softened

Combine first 5 ingredients and turn into shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine brown sugar, oats and flour; cut in butter. Spoon over cranberry mixture. Bake in slow oven 325 degrees until topping is bubbly and slightly brown.
