1 pkg. double stuff Oreos
1 pt. each: chocolate, vanilla and coffee ice cream

Let ice cream stand at room temperature. Crumble Oreos completely. Place layer of cookie crumbs over bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Cover completely. Cover cookie crumbs with layer of vanilla ice cream using a rubber spatula. Sprinkle another layer of Oreos. Alternate between cookies and ice cream in whatever order you like. Place in freezer (covered with aluminum foil) for about 2 hours.
