ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 tsp. almond extract
4 oz. chopped walnuts

Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Cream in butter and sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time. Blend in vanilla, lemon, and almond extracts; mix well. Shape in balls. Place in ungreased pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
