ALMOND DELIGHT COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. shortening (Butter Flavored Crisco)
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut
2 c. Almond Delight cereal

Cream shortening. Add sugars gradually. Beat until light. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in coconut and cereal. Drop by tablespoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
