HOMEMADE VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. boneless beef stew meat
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2-3 cans Veg-All
1 sm. onion, minced
1 can sliced white potatoes, cut into sm. pieces

Cut beef stew into smaller pieces for quicker cooking. Simmer beef stew in salted water to cover, until meat is very tender. Then add tomato juice, Veg-All, onion and potatoes. Heat through thoroughly until vegetables are tender. Add salt, sugar and other seasoning to taste. You can add 1/4 cup of rice with vegetables if you wish, it tends to thicken the soup some.
