1-2-3 HOMEMADE VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 1/2 lbs. beef chuck
2 gal. water

PART II:

1 1/2 stalks celery
3 onions, chopped fine
1 bunch green onions
1 bell pepper

PART III:

1 sm. cabbage
1 bunch sliced carrots
3 lg. turnips
3 lg. potatoes
Tomato paste to color
Salt and pepper to taste

Add beef to cold water. Let it come to boil. Add part 2. Cook until meat is tender. Add part 3. Cook until vegetables are tender.
