1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Betty Crocker)

Add:

4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. salad oil

Beat: bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven, poke holes in cake with fork.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. orange juice
