SPICED PICKLED PEACHES 
2 (29 oz.) cans cling peach halves
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 c. or less vinegar
2 tsp. whole cloves

Drain peaches. Reserve syrup. Combine syrup, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. Pour mixture over peaches, let cool. Store in refrigerator.
