SPICED PICKLED PEACHES | |
4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. stick cinnamon 2 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. whole cloves Peaches (use cling or free stone) 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Select firm ripe peaches. Blanch, remove skins. Mix sugar, vinegar and spices. Boil 10 minutes. Cook peaches until tender, a few at a time in boiling syrup. Pack in sterilized jars, fill jars with boiling syrup and seal. |
