SPICED PICKLE PEACHES 
1 gallon Cling Stone peaches, peeled
1 pt. vinegar
1 c. water
3 lbs. sugar
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1 tbsp. whole allspice
1 stick cinnamon, broken

Boil vinegar, water, sugar, and spices until sugar is dissolved. Add peaches; cook until tender. Fill jars to top and seal.
