EGGNOG CAKE 
1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. candied cherries, red and green mixed
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. pecans
2 tbsp. vanilla flavor

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well. Add flour, vanilla. Soak raisins 10 minutes in warm water; drain. Dredge in flour; add raisins, cherries, pecans and vanilla. Fold in. Do not beat. Bake 2 hours in 250 degree oven.
