EGGNOG CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Cream together butter, eggs and sugar. Mix remaining ingredients into creamed batter. Pour into greased cake pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
