3 PEPPER STEAK 
1-2 lb. boneless sirloin steak
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 golden bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Soy sauce

Cut steak into strips. Cut vegetables into strips. Put oil, water and lemon juice in skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and all bell peppers. Cook until soft. Add meat and brown. Add soy sauce to flavor. Serve over rice.
