BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
24 oz. pkg. hash browns
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked sausage
2 c. Cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thaw 24 ounces hash browns and squeeze out water and press into 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cook sausage.

Layer sausage, Cheddar cheese, and egg mixture in that order. Bake for 25 minutes.

EGG MIXTURE:

12 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and use as directed.
