8-PEOPLE OVERNIGHT BRUNCH
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices white bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. grated cheese

Brown sausage, drain, crumble into large bowl. Beat eggs and add milk, bread cubes, salt and mustard. Stir before adding cheese and sausage. Spoon into 8x12 inch glass dish. It must be covered and refrigerated overnight. Bake from refrigerator into oven 45 minutes in 250 degree oven. I usually cook this in 300 degree oven. Recipe can be doubled.
