BREAKFAST - BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (6) crescent rolls
10-12 brown & serve sausages
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. oregano, optional

Spread rolls on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice sausage in 1/4 inch slices. Spread over rolls. Add 1/2 of the cheese (1 cup). Beat the eggs and add other ingredients to eggs. Pour over rolls and sausage. Top with rest of cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
