MOM'S DEVILED EGGS 
8 eggs, hard cooked
1 sm. can deviled ham
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Paprika, salt & pepper

Boil eggs; let cool. Peel eggs. Cut in half. Remove yolks. Set whites aside. Mash yolks. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of deviled ham. Fill egg whites with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Variations:

Add 2 tablespoons of chopped olives.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of chopped mushrooms instead of ham.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of pickle relish.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of chopped onion.

The following herbs can be added to yolk mixture: Chives, parsley, chervill, savoy, or a variety of other herbs. Season to taste.
