CHEESARONI BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 clove garlic
1 sliced onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. water
8 oz. rigatoni
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown meat with garlic and onions. Pour off any grease and add tomatoes, paste, spices and water. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat until thickened. Cook and drain the rigatoni and toss with cottage cheese. Place into a greased casserole. Cover with the cheeses. Spoon sauce over all. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
