MOMMA'S INDIAN PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1/3 c. corn meal
1/2 c. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Scald milk, gradually add corn meal and cook for 25 minutes. Add egg and other ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased casserole pan and bake for 2 hours at 275 degrees.
