HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (Baker's Redi-Blend)
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 reg. can Milnot

Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler. Stir in sugar gradually, 4 tablespoons at a time. Be sure sugar is completely moistened after each addition. Add salt and slowly add milk. Serve hot. Makes delicious topping for hot fudge sundaes.
