MOIST BROWN SUGAR COFFEE CAKE 
COMBINE AND MIX WELL:

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. salad oil

Reserve 1 cup of mixture and set aside.

ADD:

1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well and pour batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. To reserved mixture, add 1/2 cup nuts (optional) and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Spread over top of batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
