MOIST SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Combine sour cream and baking soda and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and salt. Add last 2 ingredients alternately with the sour cream mixture. Pour into a greased 9" pan. Blend 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle this over the batter then cut in several times to swirl. Bake in greased and floured pan 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
