BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 sm. potatoes, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 c. broccoli, chopped fine
1 sm. onion or 2 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 tbsp. salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. water

Cook until tender. Do not drain.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Add flour to melted butter. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add sauce to vegetables.
