7 LOAVES OF WHITE BREAD 
7 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
7 tbsp. oil
5 lbs. flour

Must have large pan (I use a large white granite dish pan). A very clean plastic dish pan could be used.

Add yeast to warm water and stir until yeast is dissolved. Add sugar, salt and oil, then gradually add flour and beat after you have added half the flour. When batter is a bit sticky, add a little more flour. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
