3 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
Pinch of garlic
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients. Spread in an 8 x 8 inch greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes until top is golden brown.
